FAQ
We will try and answer as many questions we can here, but feel free to contact us, should any questions not have been answered.
1) Who actually is the company selling the phones? The company is Virgin Mobile, we just send you to the right page. You have the same returns policy with Virgin Mobile, as normal.
2) How long does it take for my order to arrive? Virgin generally send out the phones as soon as ythey can. you will be able to choose when you would like delivery
3) I have tried purchasing a phone but am having problems, what should I do? The simplest way to purchase a phone, click on the phone you would like to buy. Click on the "BUY NOW" button. Once open, just go to "Checkout". Sometimes there are problems with making an order, if you have an account already, so the best thing would be is to open a new account, with a different email address. If you have an account already, just log on with your current details. It doesn't matter if you have to open a new account every order, you may just need anew email address each time.
4) Do the phones come with a sim card, or not? Well, some do and some do not. -The phones name on the left don't come with a sim card, however you can get them FREE from Virgin, and the link is supplied on the menu list on the left. It comes free of charge, at absolutely no cost. Even postage is FREE. The card comes ready loaded with £5 call credit also.-The phones purchased through the 20% off link all come with a sim card and £5 FREE calling credit pre-loaded!
5) How long does it take for delivery? Virgin Mobiles are absolutely outstanding in this. They pride themselves with next day delivery, and true to their word, they always deliver their word! Obviously if you order late at night, the order can not be processed till the next day.
6) I am still a bit confused, who am I ordering from, CVMOBILES.com, or Virgin? Simply speaking, we do not sell mobiles, we simply give you the link that will give you the great price. When you click on the BUY NOW button, you will be taken to the Virgin Mobile website, who will take your order, and obviously will provide you with the 12 months warrenty on the phone according to their terms and conditions.
7) I am still having problems, what can I do? Fell free to contact us anytime, we will do our best to respond as soon as we can. Just select "Contact" from themenu on the left.
